Nuc Medicine Engineer

$82,000 - $95,000 Per Year

Performs corrective and preventive maintenance, calibration, electrical, mechanical and radiation safety inspections and equipment acceptance testing on Nuclear Medicine imaging equipment.  Provides a leadership role and serves as a backup during manager’s absence.  Serves as a positive role model for junior positions at all times. 

Diagnoses problems on Nuclear Medicine imaging equipment and repairs or establishes a service plan. 

  • Formal Vocational Imaging Schools

  • OEM Product Training

  • Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent

  • Advanced Electronics training

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics

  • CRES Certified 

Job requirements

  • Candidate resumes MUST have month and year of start and end dates for each position they have held.

  • Must have a VALID drivers’ license with no violations (7-10 years).

  • Must pass criminal background check (7-10 years) and drug screening.
